About This Association

DIFFA serves a broad range of organizations and communities, including LGBTQ youth, at-risk minority populations, and incarcerated populations. The DIFFA grant philosophy is to address the most pressing community needs, closing the gap left by insufficient and declining government funding. Prevention of new HIV/AIDS cases in at-risk groups, namely the homeless community and those suffering from opioid addiction, has become more critical in recent years
